From: The CompTox Chemistry Dashboard: a community data resource for environmental chemistry
The PubMed Abstract Sifter interface. Following selection of a term to include in a MeSH-based query including the CASRN, chemical name and MeSH name a query is run against the PubMed services to return up to a maximum of 1000 article abstracts. The list of abstracts is downloaded to the Dashboard and can be filtered using up to 3 additional query terms that are highlighted, in color, on the abstract. The interface allows for rank-ordering using the query terms and click-through to the PubMed article using a hyperlinked PubMed ID (PMID)
