A bioisosteric version of MurF enzyme inhibitor from Fig. 1. All the replacements from Table 2 were performed sequentially, one fragment at a time. Each time, the SMILES of the resulting bioisosteric compound with one of the fragments replaced was copied to a new search tab, and the procedure was repeated for the next fragment.
