TeachOpenCADD talktorial pipeline. TeachOpenCADD is a teaching platform for open source data and packages, currently offering ten talktorials in the form of Jupyter notebooks on central topics in CADD, ranging from cheminformatics (T1–7) to structural bioinformatics (T8–10). The talktorials are illustrated at the example of EGFR (based on data sets from ChEMBL and PDB queries in November 2018)
