GP refers to a GP with constant mean and polynomial kernel of degree 4, GAM refers to monotonic Generalized Additive Models [8], RLM refers to robust polynomial regression of order 4 [21], and PLM refers to piecewise polynomial regression [24]. The GAM value for RIKEN and 10 training points is a large outlier and hence it is not shown
