Example of prediction analysis. To find the most relevant knowledge that will contribute to a prediction, the SOHN algorithm recursively searches the network for the most specific hypotheses that apply to the query compound, starting from the root. In the current case h6 and h7 have been identified as the most specific hypotheses (none of the examples matches the query).
