The graph depicts the number of times a fingerprint had a particular correlation with the benchmark series order. The order of fingerprints in the legend matches the counts at correlation 1.0. The colours used correspond to those used by Riniker and Landrum [9] in their Fig. 5. The correlation values used in the graph cover all the possible rank correlations between two ordered series of length 4; intermediate values (due to ties) were rounded to the next lowest value for positive values and the next largest value for negative values
